Hello, I’m Nicole, and I’m delighted to have you here!
My fascination with the human body began during my years as an athlete and dancer. Combining my passion for helping others with my love for exercise, I embarked on a journey into movement science. This led me to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy through the joint program at the University of California, San Francisco, and San Francisco State University. Subsequently, I completed a residency with Kaiser Northern California, earning board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
While I find joy in treating individuals from diverse backgrounds, I have a particular interest in ACL rehabilitation, sports injuries, and pre-natal/post-partum recovery.
Recognizing that every person's path is distinct, I prioritize listening to your story and tailoring a personalized treatment plan to meet your unique needs. Whether you're recuperating from a sports-related injury, undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, or managing chronic pain, we'll collaborate to enhance your strength, mobility, and overall wellness.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I indulge in activities such as Pilates, yoga, weightlifting, and traveling. However, my greatest joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
