As an Oakland native, Ana Lisa is proud to be working in the community she grew up in. She has always found herself living an active lifestyle. Having been a fan of watching the Golden State Warriors, Ana Lisa played point guard in her grade school years and into high school. In college, she found joy in running through the on-campus trails and track at UC Santa Cruz.
Ana Lisa fell in love with weight training when she decided to work with a personal trainer. She quickly experienced that the benefits of resistance training went beyond the physical changes and directly benefited her emotional and mental wellness. It was through training that she truly found herself on her movement journey.
Eight years later, and after working in various roles including Membership Director at a local gym, she became a Certified Personal Trainer. Ana Lisa is no stranger to building an approachable and result-driven environment. She is excited to share her knowledge with those who wish to enrich or embark on a movement journey of their own.
In her free time, she loves cooking, dancing, and spending quality time with her partner and 4-year-old chihuahua-pit mix.
